Are you a CPA firm?

Yes. BunnyBooks is a registered CPA firm with senior CPAs and EAs on staff. All tax returns are reviewed and signed by a credentialed preparer.

What software do you use?

We work in QuickBooks Online and Xero. Payroll runs on Gusto, ADP, or Rippling. We can migrate you from any other system as part of onboarding — at no extra cost.

Do I need to switch from my current bookkeeper?

Only when you're ready. Most clients have us run parallel for the first 30 days, then transition. We handle all the file transfers, software changes, and historical cleanup.

What if I'm behind on my books?

Catch-up is included. We've cleaned up 5+ years of back books for clients in under 8 weeks. There's a one-time setup fee depending on volume — quoted upfront.

Can you handle multi-state tax returns?

Yes. We file in all 50 states plus federal. We're experienced with sales-tax nexus, multi-state payroll, and remote employees in any combination.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Month-to-month, cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We earn your business every month.
