These Terms of Service govern your use of bunnybooks.net (the “Site”) and any services BunnyBooks provides through it. By using the Site you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Site

The Site provides general information about BunnyBooks. Nothing on the Site is tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice. Engagement of services begins only after you sign a written engagement letter with us.

2. Accounts and submissions

You agree to provide accurate information when you contact us or sign up for services. You are responsible for the security of any login credentials we issue you.

3. Fees and billing

Fees are described in your engagement letter. Monthly subscription plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable for partial periods unless otherwise specified.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client financial and tax information as confidential. We will not disclose it except as required by law, regulation, professional obligation, or as necessary to provide the engaged services.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BunnyBooks’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BunnyBooks is principally located, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
